21 April 2013 WHAT ARE THE DUE DATES FOR SSERVICE TAX RETURN?
IS IT THE QUARTERLY RETURNS OR THE HALF YEARLY RETURNS WE NEED TO SUBMIT?

21 April 2013 Half yearly Return in form ST 3.

For 1st half due date is 25th Oct and for 2nd Half due date is 25th April.

Due to introduction of negative list concept and Reverse Charge Mechanism return of 1st Half of Fy 2012-13 has been split into two quarterly returns and the 2nd half return due date will also be delayed.
