one of my client (individual) file return on 27-08-2007 Now he want to revise his return .Whether he can revise the return for A.Y.07-08?What are the due dates for filing return for individual for A.Y.07-08

For individuals it is 31st July. Revised return can be filed for 07-08.

FOR INDIVIDUALS IT IS 31ST JULY.SINCE THE RETURN IS FILED AFTER THE DUE DATE IT IS BELATED RETURN AS PER SECTION 139(4).AND BELATED RETURN CANNOT BE REVISED.THEREFORE RETURN CANNOT BE REVISED
