Due date for AGM will be 29/09/2014 OR 30/09/2014 as 30/09/14 is SOPTOMI FOR DURGA PUJA??
Plz clarify which one to consider??

as per companies act, agm can be held on public holiday. but it can not be held on national holiday. so due date of agm will be 30/09/2014
