What is the due date for efilling of ITR6 for which 3CEB company (Special Domestic Transaction applicable)for AY 2013-14 ??
for ITR - 30th September 2013
for 3CEB- 30th November, 2013 &
is ITR filling date extent to 30th November if 3CEB applicable ???
please advise as soon as possible

Yes, the date for ITR filing is 30.11.2013 in such cases. Please refer Explanation 2(aa) of Section 139(1).
