What is the due date of filing of form 23B for Financial Year 2013-2014

It depends on date of AGM
Auditor have to file form 23B with in 30 days from the date you got intimation of appointment.
The company have to intimate to auditor with in 7 days from the date of AGM.
So calculate due date accordingly.
