03 August 2010 please let me know the due date of first AGM in the following scenario
date of Incorporation of pvt co-08/12/2008
F.Y closure-31/03/2009

03 August 2010 As per Section 166 , 1st AGM can be held within 18 months i.e. 7th June, 2010.

While as per Section 210 1st AGM need to be held within 9 months from the end of financial year. So if your 1st FY is ending on 31 March 2009, then you need to held the AGM on 31st Dec 2009.

Of above which ever is earlier that will be your AGM date.

Last date for holding First AGM in your case is 31st Dec 2009.
