How to roll check Dsc of C.A in MCA when personal details as per institute record does not matches the name in PAN
EX. Name as per ICAI V.G Murthy
but as per PAN Gulur Venkatesh Murthy

DSC should be PAN encrypted. No need to match with ICAI records.

DSC is according to pan Sir. but when u upload a form and do presrcutiny it shows it is not registered with mca

DSC has to be registered under professional in order to certify documents related to ROC. Register Your DSC with MCA Website.

when I register in mca under profession it will ask.pan num when I give that it shows pan does not exist becoz of the name problem

I could register mine before two weeks though there was name mismatch. But today I couldn't roll check my partner's DSC since an error appears as "name as per PAN and institute records do not match". Kindly update if your problem is solved.

chakrapani Sir since mca portal is still getting upgrade there r complaints regarding this. anyhow I'll inform you once my prob is resolved and also pls let me no if your prob is also resolved

s. either pan name shd be changed r name shd be changed in institute. new rule by mca
