I have a query regarding DRAFTING OF LETTERS during Exam.
My query is whether we should mention name,place etc in the letter like
We have audited the books of TQR LTD.......
For ABC Associates
Chartered Accountants
Chennai
Mem No:12345
Sign
OR
Whether we should not write names like....
We have audited the books of ..................
Name
Place
Sign
Kindly Clarify
