25 August 2011 RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 292(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1956, Mr. ____________, Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised to invest the funds of the Company for purchase gold coins as they may think fit and that the aggregate of the investment so made shall not exceed Rs. _________Lacs. at any time.
