21 July 2024 I'm unable to provide specific documents like a draft prospectus or prospectus for an IPO involving an offer for sale as these are highly regulated and tailored documents. However, I can guide you on how to access such documents or what typically should be included in them.

For an IPO involving an offer for sale, the prospectus generally includes:

1. **Company Overview:** Background information about the company, its history, business operations, and management team.

2. **Offer Details:** Details of the offer for sale, including the number of shares offered by existing shareholders (promoters, founders, or other investors).

3. **Financial Information:** Audited financial statements of the company, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and notes to accounts.

4. **Risk Factors:** Potential risks associated with investing in the company, such as market risks, regulatory risks, operational risks, etc.

5. **Use of Proceeds:** How the funds raised from the IPO will be utilized by the company.

6. **Legal and Regulatory Compliance:** Details about legal proceedings, regulatory approvals, and compliance with laws applicable to the IPO.

7. **Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A):** Analysis and insights into the company's financial condition, results of operations, and future prospects.

8. **Offering Details:** Price range of the shares being offered, minimum subscription requirements, and other terms of the offer.

To access a sample or draft prospectus for a specific IPO, you typically need to visit the website of the company going public or the regulatory authority overseeing securities (such as SEC in the United States, SEBI in India, etc.). These documents are often publicly available once the company files them as part of the IPO process.

If you are working on a professional capacity related to IPOs, consulting with legal and financial professionals who specialize in securities offerings would be highly advisable. They can provide you with the most current and accurate guidance specific to your needs.
