13 August 2012 Dear Members.

Application for allotment of Designated Partner Identification Number since there was a Form7, but at present there is no same form in LLP website for applying DPIN now how can i apply for DPIN, can i go head with DIN1 as like company, kindly advise me.

14 August 2012 Dear Girish,

Since MCA and LLP are integrated, there is no requirement of obtaining DPIN for designated partner. Accordingly, Form 7 has been discontinued.
DPIN and DIN are now integrated so you can file LLP forms if any of your designated partner is already a director in a company you can use his existing DIN else you may apply for DIN
