Dear All,
I have a query regarding fee for FORM-FTE
"Is fee form FORM-FTE is same for all closing companies or is their any difference".
Acctually i am closing some companies their is difference in fee for one company to other company.
Can any member please clarify my doubt.

there is a fees of Rs.5000 for all companies irrespective of its composition capital etc...
