I wanted 2 know dat for Nov 2014 for company law is supplementary paper enough r should study from may 2015 book...plz help

Supplementary Paper is enough. Book will also contain changes which are not applicable for Nov 2014 exams. IPCC or Final?

I would suggest u to use institute study material and Munish Bhandari book as primary source of preparation.
Supplementary book, rtp, pm all r secondary source and should be used in the end.
