Double return filling in same assessment year

dear respected sir
for mistake by the asseessee filled paper retun and efiling in the same assessment year and refund already paid by the it dept
as he filled paper return first. hence now
his efiled return transfered to juridictional assessing officer both for assessment year 11-12 and 12-13,please advice me how the assessee solve it and he
get refund for assessment year 12-13?earlier I said double filing happened for assessment year 11-12 and refund already received. thanks its urgent.

You make a request letter to you Juridictional assessing officer with reference to the A.Y 2011-12 e-filing acknowledgment no and date and your pan by indicate "assessee already filed manual return with out knowing the facts and haven't sufficient knowledge he again e-filed the same while we checking status of CPC it showing "transferred to juridictional officer for process" i already received the refund and process completed for the manual return so please stop the processing of e-filing return. You do this work before you getting intimation of wrong claim from department because if department processed your e-filing return and they find your mistake then it seems to be you committed for fraud and shall be punish so accordingly if you gave prior intimation before to they find the mistake then they considered it as mistake.

He need not to pay back any refund if he not received any excess amount of refund than required. And i am sure 90% of this problem will be solve and remaining 10% will be depending on your case actual facts and on the behevioure of your Assessing Officer.
And try and better to tax directly with your assessing officer regarding this issue it may solve earlier.
