there is a company named "VIJAY SHRI CONSTRUCTIONS & HOTELS PVT. LTD" whose status is dormant. as per the findings it has not done its annual filing fir the year 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006.
do i need to complete filing of all these years before filing form 61 wid roc?
pls help its urgent
