21 October 2013 if a trust receives donation in cash maintains the details of name and address of donor but pan details are not maintained will it be considered as anonymous donation

10 March 2021 So long as the KYC details of donors are available, in my opinion, the cash receipt of donations may not be treated as anonymous donations.
