Hello,
We manufacture goods in Gujarat,India & send them for packing on job work basis to Goa.
We want to send these packed goods directly from job worker site in Goa to US for export.
Is it possible?
If yes what are the procedures and forms to be filled?
If not then how can this transaction be treated? do we need to bring back these goods to our premises in Gujarat ?

Yes it is possible to directly export from job worker site.
Material can be removed from job worker under a bond for export.
