Does company having 35 lacs income from consultancy att 44ab

dear sir,
ours is a private limited company.and providing management consultancy service and business support service.
for F.Y.2012-13 we have gross receipt for such service is 35lacs.there is no other income.Is company is liable to get its account audited U/s 44AB? we have not provided audit report as turnover was less than 1crore. whether it will be considered as business or profession as company is an artificial person.please quote any case related to us.

if you are consultancy service provider then you come under the profiessonal service and audit report should be take u/s 44AB
