i have take a DOD a/c in HDFC bank on date 1.8.2015, OD limit is Rs. 2000000
in our bank statement amount show on 1-8-2015 Rs. -2000000
sir plz why it entry in accounts,

It is a way of NOTATION by HDFC bank. Dont bother about the same. Pass the entry as and when you incur the actual transaction, and not before.
