hai sir/madam
is dividend distribution tax is double taxation. if yes why still it was collecting in india
in some countries ddt was completely abolished
please solve my doubt

You can say it is a kind of double taxation. But our finance ministers had a different opinion. They are taxing it collectively as they can not tax to the shareholders individually.
