02 March 2011 Claus 85 of companies act provides that the company in general minting may declare dividend . the quantum of dividend however depends on a number of factors like profits earned by a company dividend policy of the company
intern dividend declared at any time between the two annual general meeting where the FINAL DIVIDEND is declared it can be paid if authorized by the articles
dividend must be paid within 30 days of declaration
