30 September 2015 Hi all looking for your valuable guidance... Actually I was into partnership with one of my frn from last 3 years.. Now I want to disolve that firm and want to surrender the pan card as well ... Can anyone help in this regard with complete procedure about how to proceed in this case ?? Plz tell me step by step procedure for the same thanks in advance

30 September 2015 01. Prepare a dissolution deed on Rs500 stamp paper.

02. If the firm is registered with registrar of firms, register this dissolution deed with registrar of firms.

03. Apply to NSDL or UTI PAN services centre for cancellation of the PAN.
