Dissolution of a non-profit association

The Registrar of Companies sued an association for non-filing of annual return and the case is pending in the High Court. Now can the aforesaid association can be dissolved voluntarily?

I think at this moment voluntary dissolution would not be possible with the approval of High Court itself.
