Hi
Is there any exemptions for disclosure of Employees details as per Rule 5 (2) of Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 in Anuual Report of the Private Company?
Whether it is mandatory to attach these informations in the Directors' report while filing ROC annual Forms?

As per Rule 5(2)
Details of employess will be given in only if he fulfil the condition:
1. Aggregate salary for the year is not less than 60 lac.
