YES, DIRECTOR REPORT US REQURIED AS PER COMPANIES ACT.

As per section 217(1) of the Companies Act,1956 it is required to attached director report with balance sheet.

In every company directors report and notice are to be mandatorily attached with the Balance Sheet and will be filed with ROC.
