Dear Members,
I m in Service Tax dep. That in A case How i Know Any Person Is Whole time directo & His services Are Not Liable to Pay Service Tax .Please Suggest How we Know that Any Person Is Whole time Director or Not .

You have to see his employement agreement with the Company and Minute of BOD to check whether he is Whole time Director or else. Again if he is WTD then he is eligible for Salary which is not subject to service tax.

You just demand Form-32 and Form-25C filed with ROC in addition to appointment letter.
