06 December 2012 I want to know the provision related to appointment of director, in case of appointment of director the date of consent letter of director or date of board resolution are to be same or not.
For example the date of board resolution is 03rd december, 2012 and the date of consent letter is 06th december, 2012, is it right or not?

As per your example it is not good practice of appointment of director.

For the appointment of director, the company should have the consent letter of director before the time of appointment.

For example if the Board Meeting is 03.12.2012 then the consent date should of 3rd December 2012 or its before but not later date.

06 December 2012 sir i want to know that the board is authorise to appoint a person as a director than how can the consent letter is previous dated?

06 December 2012 The Board has authorised to appoint a CS if he /her given his/her consent to appoint in such company and on the basis of his/her consent it is included in agenda item ob the Board meeting. So before the Board meeting the consent of the CS is required.
