10 June 2013 pls any one tell me when i am file Form No.32 for the cesstion of director the prescrutny erore has the director is not authorised to sing this form.

10 June 2013 Probable reasons are given below:-

i) DIN of the signing director typed in the form 32 may be wrong.

ii) DSC affixed may not be of signing director.

iii) DSC may not have roll checked.

iv) DSC might have expired.

V) The signing director may be in 'defaulter's list' due to non filing of annual returns of any one company in which he/she is a director.
