can a minor become a director in private company and can a minor get DIN No as per companies Act 2013

A minor cannot be appointed as a director in any company according to the general law, and there is no upper limit specified in the Act except for certain limits specified for appointment as managerial personnel in public companies and private companies which are subsidiaries of public companies.
