1. Will it effect directorship of 'A' in Board of Directors of the Company?
If such director is NRI, then i think you have complied with the provisions of FDI guidelines as issued by RBI.
Generally the Board of Director does not affect by NRI if the company have proper directors in India who constitute the quorum.
