Hi,
Can any one clarify me that if we are reappointing a MD and executive director of a company for a period of 5 years with effect from 1/04/2012 then which forms are require to be filled,
form 23- for registration of resolution and agreement and
form 25C for appointment of MD
But if we are reappointing then to we need to file form 25c, Please clarify, its urgent

Hi
If you are further appointing a MD for further period then Form-25C and Form-23 is required to be filed with company.
The intention of further filing is that the Form-25C giving the details about new period of appointment, new date of appointment and remuneration of MD, if any.

Form 25C is for filing the return of appointment and form 23 is for registering the special resolution / resolution for MD.
