is direct tax code 2009 is applicable for nov2011 ca final exam?

First let the Direct tax code get implemented by 2011. After that only we can comment on it. If it is applicable it will be applicable w. e. f. A. Y. 2012 - 13. So it will not be applicable to November 2011 CA final exam for sure.
