Dear sir,
Please anybody tell me when is the due date for registering IPCC my friend completed Bcom Graduation so now he is interested to join IPCC

At any time he can join(i.e Register) for IPCC. But he will get elagibility to write IPCC exams after completion of 9 months from the date of Registration to IPCC. For example if he registered on today i will get the exam eligibilty on Nov'13 attempt and onwords.

Yes, For the newly enrolling into direct admission into IPCC ICAI gave relaxation till sep'12 to May'13 exams for this time only because the applicabilty of direct admission announced late. Yesterday the ICAI issued FAQs relating to direct admission and in its it clearly indicated. So last date is sep'12.
