Dear Expert,
I am a graduate in B.com with 54.65% (Commerce Graduate) can i join direct ipcc.
And also i saw a rule in that notification that "any fraction of half or more shall be rounded upto next whole number"
By this point i am eligible or not pls reply me......

Your percentage shall be rounded off to 55% and accordingly you are eligible for direct entry into IPCC.

no, if ur marks 54.99%, u r not eligible as 55%

round off to the next highest is not allowed anywhere, whatever course of job,
