sir is it mandatory to register within 6 mnths from the date of starting xams and can i register by august2014 to write for nov15 ipcc

U must have to complete 9 months of articles & have to complete ur ITT & OT training before appearing to exam.

yes you can register by august 14. you should start articleship by 1 February 2015.
