30 December 2012 i have appeared in the recently concluded ipcc exams .. i am not sure of passing first group. if i take up the direct entry scheme in feb 13, would i be eligible to appear for nov 13 ipcc exams????

No, you will be not eligible to appear iov, 2013 exam, because to appear in exam after Direct Entry Scheme you will complete of 9 month atricle ship training including 8 months study course.

I will suggest you to take admission with in week and start ITT and OP before starting articleship.

i have finished my orientation and my ITT batch is starting this month . if i join for articleship from feb wil be eligible for nov 13 exams???

No, if your article start from Feb then your 9 months end on any day of Nov 2013, so as per this u will not be eligible for Nov attempt.

So for appearing in Nov, 2013 register himself in January, 2013.
