24 November 2013 1.If A Student is willing to commence his articleship around 27,28 jan 2014 under Direct entry scheme then by what time he have to submit the necessary documents(i.e form no 102,109 etc) to ICAI ?
2.And Is he, eligible to give Nov 2014 attempt??

24 November 2013 109 is not required I believe.

102 is not submitted to ICAI

103 is to be submitted within 30 days of articleship start date to avoid fines.

is you start before 1 Feb, you should be able to give Nov 14.

24 November 2013 Registration documents should be submitted with Institute with in 30 days from the commencement of article ship.

If you are not taking excess leave then you will be eligible for Nov, 2014 attempt.

The Form-109 will be valid for 60 days from the date of event. This form required for transfer.

24 November 2013 but if i applied to icai to register from existing ipcc to direct entry then is there any change in rules???or the procedure will be same?

24 November 2013 No not much changes. Only 9 months of article ship and 8 months of study is mandatory to appear in exam.

24 November 2013 so according to the rules ICAI will consider the date of commencement of articleship mentioned by me in the form or the date of registration of ipcc for counting 9 months??
