ACCORDING TO THE NOTIFICATION RELEASED BY ICAI, A STUDENT WHO HAS CLEARED INTER OF CS OR CWA CAN DIRECTLY APPEAR FOR IPCC, BUT IS THERE ANY EXEMPTION FOR IPCC CLEARED STUDENTS? I MEAN CAN AN IPCC CLEARED STUDENT DIRECTLY APPEAR FOR CS OR CWA INTER?
