DIN Rejection

09 September 2010 DIN applicaion of a Foreign Director has been rejected on the ground that the name of the Father is not mentioned in the Proof Submitted.
I do not have proof which reflects the name of the father.
so what should be done.

Please make an affidavit of such foreign Individual with his/her name along with his/her father name and that affidavit should be notarized.
