13 November 2013 I think DIN once alloted can not be Cancelled. So, There is no need to cancel DIN.

13 November 2013 Rule 8 provides the condition for 'cancellation' or 'deactivation'of an approved DIN. But, seems, the e-form for this is not hoisted in the web site.
