Whether there is any relevance of DIN 3 at present sinario. Because for appointment of Director Form 32 is being filed.? please provide details.

If the director is appointed before June 1, 2007 compliance of DIN 2 and DIN 3 is mandatory other wise no need.

Din 3 was used for directors appointed before 1st June, 2007. Currently if any director was appointed before that date and have not yet filed this form then the said form still needs to be filed now in DIN - 3.
