Please can any one tell about DIR 3 & DIN 1& which annexture have to attached DIR 4 /DIN 1

10 September 2014 Any person intending to apply for DIN shall have to make an application in eForm DIR-3

Attach the photograph and scaned copy of supporting documents. i.e. proof of identity, and proof of residence. Along with the supporting documents, verfication by the applicant in form DIR- 4 for applying for allotment of Director Identification Number (DIN) shall also be attached.
