28 July 2013 Dear Experts, we have to induct a new director on the board who is not having any address proof for the purpose of availing DIN. When I talk in the DIN cell of mca they told me that if company secretary of the company certify on the letter head of the company it will be considered as valid proof . can any body provide me the format of such declaration?

Please treat it urgent.
