Din-1 upload, invalid signature ????

06 April 2012 Hello everyone,

i(practising CA mem no.145209) have got digital signature from TCS (softcopy). i have signed the DIN1 form of one client and when i upload the form following message is displayed on the mca site

"Errors
Following errors have occured in the prescrutiny. Please click >> to view the errors.
Signature validation failed for Signature field for Practicing professional/Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign on this field."

what should i do to upload the form ?
waiting urgently for your reply.

1. What u have register ur signature with MCA portal or not. or
2. What u have downloaded new version of java software as available on MCA portal.

Please comply the same and then file the form.

07 April 2012 i) Roll check the DSC if not done.
ii)Please install the following soft wares in your computer,if not updated yet.

a)Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7

b) JDK 1.6 updated version 30

c) Adobe Reader V 9.4 and lower version

iii) Use Internet Explorer v6.0 and above for uploading forms
