27 March 2012 I want to get digital signature with one year validity. In this regard I have following queries -
1. Do I have to apply for it online on TCS website or it can be apply manually like the PAN card procedure.
2. What are the payment options - cash payment at facilitation center or
e-payment or
Cheque/ DD.

Please advise me.

This is not directly provided by TCS.U need to contact a TCS facilitation centre.
One more thing i would like to clarify is u can pay by either of means but not e-payment later as it is not tax that u r paying it is the service that u are availing.
