For filing of Private Limited Company ROC how many digital signatures are essential, any one or more, is it Company Secretary is Neccessary or CA is enough

At least one for the Mg. Director. Company secretary/CA will have their own DSC.
22 October 2008
One DSC for the Director who is duly authorised to sign the document and the other for certification by CA/CS.
