I am a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and have a law degree and a banking diploma besides the basic sicience graduation. Past Chairman of Bangalore Chapter of the ICSI. I am practising as a CS for the past 9 years after working as Deputy General Manager (Finance) & CS in Chowgules. I was subcommitte member in Taxation and Company Law Sub-Committees in FKCCI and also in GMCI (Now name Changed).
