Pls tell what are the basic things need to be check before digi. Sign the Form 8 by the Director. Pls give the reply in brief.

You mean the registration of charges? The document creating the charge is what he has to check along with the requirement and the board resolution approving creation

The checklist could be long but briefly
1. Date/s of charge
2. Whether creation or modification
3. Nature - Whether mortgage or other charge
4. Narration must be proper in the coloumns provided.
5. Particulars of the creator
6. Particulars of persons entitled to the charge.
7. Board Resolution /s
8. Extent of Charge
9. Tenor and other terms and conditions
