16 August 2010 IT DEPENDS UPON THE BANK. NORMALLY BANK DOES NOT ACCEPT THE DIGITALLY SIGNED PAPER.

OBC, CENTRAL BANK , CANARA BANK DO NOT ACCEPT DIGITALLY SIGNED RESOLUTION.

16 August 2010 Kindly appreciate there is no need to put digital sigh on certified true copies of resolutions. Such resolution should be signed physically by director or CS for bank or other authorities.

Simply use digital sign on MCA e-forms as recognised by the ROC.
