02 April 2010 Whether auditor of company required to apply for digital signature for purpose of FORM 23B.If yes,Plz let me know procedure for application.

02 April 2010 Yes digital signature is required as the same is to affixed at the time of filing form 23B

Digital signature can be obtained from TCS, MTNL, etc. You just need to fill an application for digital signature, provide a photo and documents such as address proof and PAN.
